Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Toppings
- Furikake seasoning

- Masago or tobiko (optional)

To Serve

Instructions
1. Prepare the rice
Mix warm cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir gently and spread evenly into a greased baking dish.
2. Make the seafood mix
In a bowl, combine:
- shredded imitation crab (or cooked seafood)
- mayonnaise
- sriracha
- cream cheese
- soy sauce
Mix until creamy and well blended.
3. Assemble the bake
Spread the seafood mixture evenly over the rice layer.
4. Add toppings
Sprinkle generously with furikake, green onions, and optional masago or sesame seeds.
5. Bake
